1. Property Information
Château de Puchesse

1304 rue Isabelle Romée, 45640 Sandillon, France
2. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions of booking, payment, cancellation, and stay between SARL Château de Puchesse, which operates and manages the Château, and the client for a bed-and-breakfast stay. Acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale are confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
3. Bookings

-
These Terms are accepted
-
A deposit or full payment is received, with a minimum charge of one night per reserved room
-
A written confirmation is sent by Château de Puchesse
All bookings are personal and non-transferable.
These terms are accepted by the client for a fixed period determined at the time of booking. Under no circumstances may the client claim any right to remain on the premises beyond this period, unless agreed to by the owner.
Please note that without payment within the specified time limit, the reservation is not confirmed and, consequently, we reserve the right to reassign the rooms.
Children under the age of 10 may stay free of charge in their parents’ room, subject to acceptance and availability of a crib or extra bed.
4. Rates
Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of taxes, excluding tourist tax if applicable.
Rates include accommodation and breakfast only, unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified at the time of booking. The balance of the stay, as well as any additional consumption and services not mentioned in this contract, is payable before or upon arrival, as indicated.
The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owner, who then remits it to the public treasury.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation conditions are specified at booking.
Unless stated otherwise:
-
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part
-
Deposits are non-refundable
If the property cancels a booking, all payments will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the arrival date, the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be retained. If the client wishes, the stay may be rescheduled within 6 months from the date of the original booking, subject to availability at Château de Puchesse.
In the event of a no-show, or if the client shortens their stay, Château de Puchesse reserves the right to invoice and claim or charge the full amount of the scheduled stay, including any additional services that were booked.
If the client does not check-in or make contact in any way before 9:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival day, this contract becomes null and void, and the owner may reassign the guest rooms. The amount paid by the client will be retained by the owner.
In the event of an early departure, the cost of the accommodation remains fully due to the owner. Any additional services not used will be refunded.
If, prior to the start of the stay, Château de Puchesse is obliged to cancel the reservation, it must inform the client either by mail or email. Without prejudice to any claims for damages that may have been incurred, the client will be immediately refunded all sums already paid.
Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out appropriate coverage.

Please note that, in certain cases and under certain conditions, it may be possible to provide an extra bed, which will incur additional charges for the client.
